Best Dressed at the Oscars

Since I wasn’t the best at picking the Oscar winners, I think I’ll give it a shot at picking some of the best dressed stars at the 84th annual Academy Awards.

On another note, was anyone else wondering where Kate Winslet was?! She’s probably prepping for the rerelease of “Titanic” in 3D…I know I am!

Cameron Diaz

I loved this dress! Just like everything else, it fit Cameron like a glove and her arms look like she has been lifting soup cans on overtime. Good choice girl!

*You can creep on Natalie Portman’s polka-dot dress in the background.

Meryl Streep

Meryl shined in gold…just like the Oscar statue she took home for “The Iron Lady” last night. When I saw this dress, I likened it to something a woman living in Rome during the Julius Caesar era would wear. It just works.

Octavia Spencer

The well-deserved Best Supporting Actress winner sparkled in this beautiful dress. It’s versatile…you could wear this to da club or a classy event.

Pharrell Williams

Oh Pharrell…he played the drums at the big show and I was all about it. I think the only thing that would have made his tux better was if he paired it with a trucker hat.

That’s all for me folks! What were your picks for best dressed last evening?

Live Blog From the Oscars

To make tonight’s Oscars a little more interesting… Kari and I (Hi I’m Alison her roommate) will be live blogging and competing for a brownie to celebrate who picks the most winners! (PS sorry for the spelling, live blogging is far from a perfected form)
